Wine Tasting Event

A wine sommelier will be available throughout the evening to introduce 6 Italian wine selections and present tasting notes. A buffet of antipasti, artisanal cheeses, tagliere meats, and a small selection of house-made pastas will complement the wines.

This is a social event and we welcome standing and mingling with other guests and friends. If you would like to stay past your reservation period, you are welcome to do so but your table may not be available. Additional chairs will be placed in the dining area to accommodate as much as possible.

RESERVATIONS - Tables are available in 1.5 hour increments. We will call or email to confirm your reservation. In the form below, please indicate your time of arrival and the number in your party.

FOOD & BEER Pairing with High Brau Taphouse

Pellegrini is pairing up with High Brau Taphouse on December 4th from 6 - 9 pm to host a special gourmet tasting and Colorado select craft beer event – two local businesses joining forces to host an unforgettable evening of food, drink and friendship.

For a $40 advance ticket purchase, diners will enjoy a five-course tasting meal prepared by Chef Carlo Pellegrini and a 5-flight taster of Colorado's finest craft brews selected by Rob Baumgartner and Ben Harmelink, High Brau Taphouse Owners and Cicerone certified beer servers. Carlo and Rob will be on hand to talk to diners about the fine food and beer selections.

Mark DECEMBER 4th on your calendars. Chef Carlo is preparing a gourmet Italian feast and Rob has a tasty lineup of perfectly chilled Colorado brews. Polpette - Locally raised ground lamb and pork meatballs prepared with minced garlic, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Italian bread crumbs bathed in tomato-basil Marinara sauce

Entree selections:

Pasta - Pellegrini's home-made fresh casarecce pasta sauteed with arugula pesto cream sauce and tossed with chunks of fresh Verlasso salmon and zucchini

Presenting, "Reflections of Puglia"
Dishes that reflect the heart and traditions of Carlo's region of Italy, Puglia

Antipasto - Bruschetta with fresh “Burrata” mozzarella and sautéed red and yellow bell pepper

Pasta - Casarecce (fresh home-made twisted tube-style pasta) sautéed with a red and yellow bell pepper cream sauce and home-made Italian ground sausage

Pasta - Orecchiette (fresh home-made pasta shaped like "little ears") sautéed with cherry tomato, basil and “Ricotta Salata” (sheep's milk hard pressed cheese, salted and aged for 90 days)

This is a fun, enlightening experience and includes sampler size tastings of each recipe.

A crisp, fresh Rosé wine will be paired with these dishes and available for guests.
