Involtino di Maiale

Thin‑sliced pork tenderloin roulade filled with aged Provolone, set over roasted red pepper sauce.

Rigatoni con salsiccia e peperoni arrostiti

Hand‑cut rigatoni in roasted red pepper cream, paired with house‑made Italian sausage and crowned with creamy Stracciatella.
