New Year’s Eve at Pellegrini Cucina

This year, we’re serving our full regular menu alongside a special Cenone di Capodanno, featuring elevated dishes to celebrate the night with style.

Antipasto
Ostriche Gratinate— Fresh oysters with herbs, Marsala, crisp breadcrumbs, and Grana Padano, baked until perfectly golden.

Entrée
Ravioli all’Aragosta — Handmade lobster and mascarpone ravioli in a saffron cream sauce with butter-poached Gulf shrimp and lemon-infused olive oil.

Dolci
Crème Brûlée — Silky vanilla custard, caramelized to perfection with raspberry coulis.
Coppa al Limone — Sorrento lemon cream, delicate sponge, whipped cream, lemon zest, and pistachio.
