Dishes that reflect the heart and traditions of Carlo's region of Italy, Puglia
Antipasto - Bruschetta with fresh “Burrata” mozzarella and sautéed red and yellow bell pepper
Pasta - Casarecce (fresh home-made twisted tube-style pasta) sautéed with a red and yellow bell pepper cream sauce and home-made Italian ground sausage
Pasta - Orecchiette (fresh home-made pasta shaped like "little ears") sautéed with cherry tomato, basil and “Ricotta Salata” (sheep's milk hard pressed cheese, salted and aged for 90 days)
This is a fun, enlightening experience and includes sampler size tastings of each recipe.
A crisp, fresh Rosé wine will be paired with these dishes and available for guests.
