Pasta di barbabietole con capesante - Roasted red beet Casareccie pasta with baby bay scallops, pancetta, crushed pistachios tossed with a touch of crème fraiche

Spigola con crema di cannellini e speck – Filet of sea bass pan seared with Italian speck and served with a cannellini puree 

Osso bucco - Slow-simmered bone-in veal shank served with rosemary-herb potato puree and roasted rainbow carrots.

Dessert

Tiramisu “gianduiotto” – Traditional Italian tiramisu layered with a chocolate hazelnut liqueur zabaglione and dark chocolate.
